Please print, read and fill in our exchange form and also the attached address label to the outside of your package, then send it back to us along with your items and we will take care of the rest.
You have 30 days to return any unwanted items for an exchange
Sale items can also be returned for a refund as long as they comply with our returns policy below.
We do not yet offer a free exchange service. You will need to cover return postage costs.

Please note: If you choose to return your item(s), we aim to process your return within 14 days of receipt, however in exceptionally busy periods (such as during sales) this may take up to 28 days.
